Before you write
A few things you can sort out without me.
Starting a return
Log in to your account and start it from your order. You have 14 days from delivery, a prepaid label comes out of the refund, and there's no restocking fee. If the dress came damaged or wrong, skip all that and email me, that one's on me.
Exchanges
It's a small run and sizes sell out, so I can't hold one for a swap. Return the one you have and order the size you want. If you're unsure which that is, text me first and we'll get it right the first time.
When your pre-order ships
Pre-orders ship in waves by size as they come off the line. All orders ship by November 27, so the dress is in your closet well before the parties start. You'll get a tracking email the day it goes out. Need to cancel? Email me any time before it ships.
Where I ship
US only for now. Free UPS Ground to the lower 48, five to eight business days. Alaska and Hawaii ship FedEx at the carrier's rate. No international, PO boxes or APO addresses this season. Faster shipping is there at checkout if you need it.
