Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states. We can't ship internationally, to PO boxes, to APO or FPO addresses, or to US territories right now.

Shipping cost
Free UPS Ground on every order to the contiguous 48 states, no minimum.

Alaska and Hawaii shipping is calculated at checkout based on UPS rates. UPS treats those as air shipments, so they cost more and take a bit longer.

Processing time
Orders ship from Denver within 1-2 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your dress is on its way.

Delivery time
UPS Ground takes 5 to 8 business days depending on how far you are from Colorado. Alaska and Hawaii ship FedEx and take 5 to 10 business days. Expedited options are 1 to 3 business days anywhere in the US. Need it by December 24? Order by December 11 for free Ground or December 18 for expedited.

Pro-orders
Pre-orders ship in waves by size as they come off the line. All pre-orders will ship by November 27, cancel any time before it ships by emailing hello@pocketive.com. 

Your address
Please double check your address before you order. Once a package ships we can't change it. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we'll email you to confirm the address and reship at cost.

Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't moved in a week, or your dress arrives damaged, email hello@pocketive.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll sort it out.
