Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states. We can't ship internationally, to PO boxes, to APO or FPO addresses, or to US territories right now.

Shipping cost
Free UPS Ground on every order to the contiguous 48 states, no minimum.

Alaska and Hawaii shipping is calculated at checkout based on UPS rates. UPS treats those as air shipments, so they cost more and take a bit longer.

If you'd like it faster, UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available at checkout at cost.

Processing time
Orders ship from Denver within 2 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your dress is on its way.

Delivery time
UPS Ground takes 1 to 5 business days depending on how far you are from Colorado. Alaska and Hawaii take 5 to 10 business days. Expedited options are 1 to 2 business days anywhere in the US.

Holiday shipping
UPS slows down in December. To get your dress by December 24, order by [date coming soon] for Ground or [date coming soon] for expedited. Alaska and Hawaii cutoffs are earlier and we'll post them here. We'll keep these dates updated through the season.

Your address
Please double check your address before you order. Once a package ships we can't change it. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we'll email you to confirm the address and reship at cost.

Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't moved in a week, or your dress arrives damaged, email hello@pocketive.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll sort it out.
